Six day yoga retreat
Join a six-day yoga retreat in Niru yoga homestay with a yoga retreat center (Yoga Home Nepal) for an amazing week of hiking, trekking, and city yoga retreat in Nepal. In this retreat, you will visit natural places and world heritage sites in the country. More than that, you will also experience daily morning and evening yoga classes, pranayama, mantra chant, hawan (fire puja), and other rejuvenating activities.

This retreat will take place in the beautiful village of Nagarkot, Nepal. It is located 22 kilometers northeast of Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM).
Nepal has a unique landscape stretches from the pinnacle of Mount Everest (8848 meters) in the north to Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Gautam Buddha, in southern Terai where diverse human cultures and natural habitats can be found. It is a matter of pleasure to mention that Nepal is also a home of a countless river, glacial lakes, lakes, and creeks with their common origin in the Himalaya.
As it is located on a high hill, it has a very clean environment with its natural resources and is covered with forests. It is renowned for its spectacular sunrise and sunset view of the Himalaya when the weather is clear.
At the homestay, you can easily go for a walk to the mountains, rivers, and waterfalls, and learn the names of the plants and animals. Discover ayurvedic herbs growing at your feet and learn how to use them. Practice yoga in peaceful and stunning surroundings.

You will spend your nights at Yoga Home Nepal (Niru yoga homestay). At the homestay, you will find a yoga hall, meditation area, supply of hot water in the rooms, nutritious traditionally prepared food, Wi-Fi, several fruit trees, and a backyard garden. The homestay will serve you in any way possible. High-speed internet, Unlimited drinking water, etc.
The venue also has a beautiful garden, green mountain view, and also located near a jungle and waterfall. The rooms are clean and comfortable that is attached with a bathroom.

During this retreat, you will be served with three daily meals of freshly cooked vegetarian food that are provided in the dining area overlooking the mountains to the north of the homestay.
The homestay strives to provide nourishing, clean, and tasty vegetarian food. The homestay gets about 75 percent of its foods (depend on the season) directly from the organic farm. The food is prepared in traditional Nepalese fashion with a wood fire on an earthen stove. In the homestay, you can also enjoy all the fruits that are available from the trees.
The kitchen will also accommodate any special dietary needs. If you wish to learn how to make the food at the homestay, you are always welcome to assist in the kitchen. The menu varies daily and typically includes the following:
Ayurvedic herbal tea, coffee, green tea, white tea, porridge with dates and raisins or coconut, bananas, papaya, or chickpeas. Other breakfast offerings may include samosa, Pinecake, parantha, uppama, and Nepalese breakfast.

Dal (pulses), vegetables (pumpkin, carrot, cauliflower, peas, spinach, etc.), rice and chapatti (roti).

Please note: Niru Yoga Homestay has a capacity of 16 people at a time. When not fully booked, we will always try to provide as many people as possible a private room (for shared room price). In case more people book, it is possible you share the room. Only if you book a private room, you ensure you have a private room for the full duration of your stay.
When you book, please tell us your gender. In Nepal, we can not provide a shared room for people of different sexes. But the family and partner can share a room. if you are interested please join our Teacher Training Program.
